Dr. Mridula Goel, Shri Kunal Upadhyay, Dr. Kaustubh Priolkar, Shri Deepak Parab could not attend the meeting and were granted leave of absence. Thereafter, the Chairman welcomed the members of the Goa State Innovation Council for the meeting.

2. At the outset, the minutes of the meeting held on 16^th January 2019 were read and confirmed after which the agenda of the meeting was discussed.

3. The Project Officer presented the learnings and observations made on the plan to establish a prototyping Lab during the visit to TATA Rapid Prototyping Lab and KReSit Lab at IIT Bombay. The Project Officer also informed the member that three sealed quotations have been received from Infinyt3D , Mattzus Learning Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and RUFY for establishing the Prototyping Lab at Don Bosco College of Engineering, Fatorda. The Project Officer was directed to open the three sealed quotations in the presence of the Director and Principal of Don Bosco College of Engineering.

4. Goa’s Young Innovators Award was discussed and it was informed that the finals will be held on 13^th March at Conference Hall, Don Bosco College of Engineering, Fatorda. The Chairman suggested preparing a report on the competition.

5. The proposal from Karnataka State Innovation Council to conduct Intellectual Property Rights session at KLS Gogte Institute of Technology, Belagavi was discussed and Member Secretary suggested to sign an MOU with the Karnataka State Innovation Council.

6. The Project Officer’s proposal to conduct the Industry Institute Interaction at Don Bosco College of Engineering, Fatorda was approved during the meeting and the Chairman suggested inviting students from all the engineering colleges in Goa.

7. It was decided during the meeting to invite sealed quotations from interested parties for maintenance of the website of Goa State Innovation Council for the duration of three years.
